Dr Chong Ong graduated from Monash University in 2004. He completed Fellowship of The Royal Australian College of Physicians in respiratory and sleep medicine in 2011 and spend further time as a sleep research fellow at Monash Medical Centre.

Dr Ong has clinical interests in the management of patients with lung cancer, sleep disordered breathing, non-respiratory and sleep disorders and asthma/COPD.

Access to sleep studies within the private and public setting is available.

Dr Ong holds current public appointments at St Vincent's Hospital in Respiratory/Sleep Medicine and General Medicine.

Dr Ong has teaching, ward service and sleep study/lung function reporting roles in the Department of Respiratory & Sleep Medicine and shares responsibilities in chairing and administration of the St Vincent's Lung Cancer Multidisciplinary Team Meeting.
